MUSICAL THEATER INTENSIVE 2020

In following with safety protocol, and the inability to rent an indoor theatre facility, our SHOWSTOPPERS production of The Addams Family young@part will be rescheduled for spring 2021. In order to continue the joy of theatre, NYPAC is excited to offer a twice a week musical theatre training class. Both in studio and Virtual Zoom options available. The Class will focus on the following:

Acting Techniques
Vocal Performance
Broadway Dance Styles
Scene Work
Audition Prep / Mock Audition
Ins & Outs of the Business
Theater Games

The Showcase

On the final day of class all students will perform in a Showcase. Each student will have the opportunity to perform a vocal piece they have worked on, as well as group choreography. Depending on safety guidelines at that time, the students will either perform in front of a small in-studio audience, or in a livestream showcase for friends and family to enjoy.
